take into account:

- the wind strengh and wind percentage of the southern part is less stable compared to the other areas

- especially in unstable weather conditions the southern part is not realy preferred

- most of the spots can be reached with normal cars

- the spot quality is mostly depending on the tidal conditions except lagoons they usually depend on the amount of precipitation during the low season
